I found out the worst news today, about my mom. She's been having huge pains below her breastbone area, and she went to the doctor and they diagnosed her with a hernia. She has ulcers in her esophagus, and something called a "hiatal hernia" as well, which is a complication with her diaphragm. Her back pain medications (because of her breaking a disk in her back, which is a different story) has made it worse, and now she has to go without them or it may cause further damage to her esophagus. I overheard her talking with my dad about it and she said the doctor told her to go back to the hospital in four weeks to see if it gets any better. If not, she's going to have to go in for surgery. This can potentially cause cancer, and I heard it is the most malignant kind out there. I'm scared, guys. And the worst part is, there's nothing I can do about it, it makes me feel so helpless. It's not me that I'm worrying about, it's my mom and my younger sisters... Chantelle's only six and I don't want her to grow up without a mother. :'C I'll be active on here, but I might not talk that much. You guys will know why.
